The Best Coffee Beans in Beantown

Espresso, Cappuccino, or Latte, we've got you covered.

Our east-coast attitude reveals itself in the mornings. In other words, don't talk to us until we've had our cup of coffee. At age eight, my Greek grandmother gave me sips of her little cup of espresso so she would have some company during the afternoon - this was my first coffee memory. The culture of coffee lovers has since grown into a billion dollar business, and one we try to imitate in the city. Most people travel far for a decent cup of coffee, but they return because of the customer experience. Although there is a divide between loyal Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts fans, there are several other spots in the Boston area that are perfect when you're not on-the-run.

Coffee shops deemed 'trendy' are increasingly popular, so much so that it has become quite a crowded market. It's important for java brands to understand that millennials go straight to Google to find their next cup - so have an excellent online presence and great reviews to draw us in! I've compiled a list of the 5 best spots in Boston so you don't have to scramble next time you're looking for a caffeine fix.
